Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video, and we will replace or refund it.

Non-returnable Items

For hygienic or customized products, returns may not be accepted unless damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

In most cases, customers pay for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
